Patriots! Finally, They Have to Actually Try to Win Games

Finally, the famed team of New England Patriots might just have found out what it’s like to have to battle for a victory in the NFL. Many times in many seasons the Patriots have rode the high horse and easily made the playoffs. They have easily won division and conference championships along with a few Super Bowls. But this year things have changed. The high-powered offense is having problems putting big numbers on the board, and those 50-some touchdowns Brady threw are a thing of the past. In Week One, the Pats had an extremely tough time against Terrell Owens and the Buffalo Bills. It took a last minute play and a lucky bounce to win it. And this week, they fell even shorter against the New York Jets. In fact, the Jets held the Patriots to only 3 field goals, and NO touchdowns. It’s the first time the Patriots have been held to no offensive touchdowns since 2006.

The  Patriots used to go all out and own up the AFC East division of Buffalo, New York, Buffalo, and themselves, but with Miami coming back from a pathetic season 2 years ago, and Buffalo getting their O working, and the Jets making some huge statements on D, the Patriots season is going to be anything but a walk in the park.
